A unified portal for tracking construction works, bills, legal cases, fire-safety compliance, and official correspondence across all PWD Health divisions.
Each module handles one part of the workflow, and they share data so nothing is entered twice.
Live overview of works, bills, cases and fire-safety. Clickable cards jump straight into a filtered view.
Track every project with cost, agency, progress and status. Auto-generated Project IDs.
Follow contractor bills from submission through processing to final payment.
Directory of hospital buildings with circle, division and responsible engineers.
Monitor NOC validity and compliance status for each building.
Site information with district, UPHC/SC and present status, filterable at a glance.
Legal case records with hearing dates and status; stale entries are flagged.
Upload and store documents against high-value works, searchable by hospital.
Filter and sort works data by division, status and cost range; export to PDF/Excel.
Log incoming and outgoing official correspondence with attachments.
Maintain the budget heads of account used across the Bill Register.
Super Admins create and manage accounts and assign roles.
From login to final payment, here is the typical end-to-end journey through the portal.
Open the portal and log in with your email and password. Your role decides which modules appear.
Add the hospital building to the Asset Register with its division and engineer contacts.
Add a project in the Works Register — a unique Project ID is generated and progress is tracked over time.
Upload agreements and supporting documents for high-value works in the Work Documents module.
Create contractor bills, send them to the AE, record vouchers, and mark them paid in the Bill Register.
Keep fire-safety NOCs, court cases and arbitration matters up to date, with stale entries flagged for review.
Use the MIS Report and Dashboard to filter, review and export data to PDF or Excel for review.
The portal shows each user only what they need. Three roles cover the whole department.
